Check in was ok but was told we could pay bill at check out the next day went yo do so and was told then that we could night because we did it through Expedia and they also charged me an extra $50.00 which didn’t come off the bill like I was told it would other than that everything else was good

Everything, for the most part; was good. The staff were all polite, pleasant, and friendly. The beds were comfortable. We did hear one lady complaining about working a double shift, and then the lady she was talking to told her, “if you don’t like it, find another job.” The phone in the room didn’t work and was missing the cord from the receiver to the base. When turning the bathroom tub faucet on, the water came out of both the faucet and the shower head, but there wasn’t enough pressure to take a shower, so we were unable to shower. I said something to the customer service person at the check in counter, and he said he would handle it after we left. Very disappointed with this stay, so don’t think I’ll come back to this location again.
