We were a group of friends who were in Tampa for a conference. This property was perfect for us. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, the accommodations were fantastic, and all communication was simple. The backyard is a "work in progress" but we didn't need any outdoor space as part of our time in Tampa. The kitchen and family room are connected as a great room and that was perfect for us. We just had a quick two day Stay in Tampa, the house was fantastic. Nice and new and we were able to walk and a quick drive to a lot of restaurants and 4 minutes from the Straz where we saw the musical Chicago.
