The large backyard hosts a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary for your vacation. There is 70" TV in the living room and a pool table, workout area in the game room. The house can handle 10+ if you want to cram in. Wifi 500 Mbps Down. Pool heating is available upon request. Colby was a great host and his response time was exceptional. The property location was ideal for attending the Bucs game and had a nice sized kitchen with everything we needed to dine in. 4 bedrooms were clean and spacious and the pool table was a huge plus.

The house is in prime location for the Buccaneers game. The house was more spacious than we expected, 4 beds and 3 baths. Outside area was great for chilling out and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the house. Incredible location. $10-15 Uber rides to anywhere. Pool was refreshing break from the beach (if you prefer that.) Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We were in town for a leadership conference so this was a good value for the location and space. However the pool area is in need of a major update. Pool deck bricks are loose and the pool itself needs resurfacing. The fence surrounding the pool is leaning. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. I give this location a 3 stars because it is located 7 minutes from the Buccaneer stadium and you can’t beat the space for the price.

Very responsive and accommodating host

The property was spacious and great for entertaining friends and family. We enjoyed the heated pool. Gunnar accommodated us at the last minute, and made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive communication. I would stay again.
