Check in was a disaster. The system was being updated and there was no way to tell what rooms were empty. Couple in front of us were given key cards to occupied rooms twice! We sat in the ‘lobby’ and ordered pizza waiting for the system to come back up. The lobby was about as big as my bedroom with no carpet or decor and just a bench. Only 1 person was working.

Love staying here. Made our parking for our cruise very easy and not very expensive. We felt safe leaving our car there. Breakfast was great. Both hot and cold choices. Had an employee cleaning tables and restocking the breakfast items continously.

There was a party in the next room until 2:00 in the morning. The beds were so hard that my husband and I were in pain the next day. I walked from the bed to the toilet in the night and my feet were black on the bottom. We set the ac to 71 but it remained at 73.

We booked it along with other guest we met while there because online it states there was airport transportation which was untrue. Staff was ok some friendly others not. Room wasn’t clean with hairs in the tub, feet filthy black from dirty floor and AC leaked all over outside by front door.
