The room was dated but clean The staff was welcoming However there are no elevators and we were not aware of that. We are in our 70's and had to lug 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and then down them in the morning ! Would not recommend staying unless you specifically ask for first floor

I received a voicemail around 6pm stating that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t arrive in a half an hour. The problem is I was mid flight when the call came through, and the 30 mins had passed and my reservation was cancelled. Fast forward to now and my card was charged for a cancellation fee and I’m not the one who cancelled the reservation it was the hotel that cancelled.

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The place was much quieter and a lot less beat up than the Ramada by Wyndham I stayed in my first three nights in Tampa. The only issue was the internet was hard to figure out, as I had a password but no information about the network to connect to, and there were three that said Quality inn. I had to keep trying until one allowed me to, but the next morning before I checked out, I was disconnected and it told me that my surname and room number didn't match their records, and it didn't take my password.

Staff was good and the room was clean. Water pressure was low in the shower. Room also was very humid and there looked to be a hole/piece missing from the front door. Wifi was also slow and disconnected every few hours on a timeout.

This property feels more like a motel than a hotel. Although the rooms have been upgraded, the building itself is quite old. The room door locks, but it does not fully close and can still move, which felt unusual. I asked the front desk if this was normal and if the door was secure, and they said yes. I also noticed tiny ants on the nightstand — not alarming, but not ideal. Additionally, there is a $100 deposit required in case of smoking in the room.”

The room was awful. The ceiling had black mold, the water was cold, and the a/c unit was wierd. The only positive thing about this room was the front desk person Lori! She was so kind I bought her dinner! The van driver was nice, but there was no free airport pick up as that was advertised and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Not again!

The doors and windows never felt secure. The lock on my room didn't lock fully. I could hear everything happening outside my room at all times. It just felt like it was made by the lowest bidder and not maintained afterwards.

The rooms should all be renovated, that will be an excellent upgrade for this hotel because the location is so good. The room smell bad like old and humid, the odor was strong and everything is old and with no maintenance, overall ok for the price you pay.

Check in was a disaster. The system was being updated and there was no way to tell what rooms were empty. Couple in front of us were given key cards to occupied rooms twice! We sat in the ‘lobby’ and ordered pizza waiting for the system to come back up. The lobby was about as big as my bedroom with no carpet or decor and just a bench. Only 1 person was working.
