Roost incorrectly charged me for an extra day of parking even though I was only staying 1 night. I called and let them know they made an error and they corrected it. Just be sure to verify all charges and keep an eye out for errors otherwise the property is very nice, but very overpriced for gasparilla ($600 ) is a bit over the top with their normal rates less than half of that. That’s the reason for no 5 stars.

It was right in the middle of a new and upcoming very nice area. The walls between the rooms were paper thin and the voices echo easily. I could hear the guy in the other room snoring amongst other things.

Very clean and trendy. Full sized appliances. The walk in closet was great. Our only issue was noise. The walkin closet door needed a bit of WD 40. There is no way cleaning people would not have noticed this. And people coming and going in the hallway- very noisy. Otherwise - great! Younger people probably would not notice these things!
