We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Place was clean and organized. Plenty of parking for three vehicles. Yard and outside of house was was clearly well maintained. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely look into renting again if i am staying in the area.
