Obviously a rundown hotel they tried to slap some new paint on it and sell it as luxury. Rude staff at check in, no breakfast offered, no elevators close to the room, room claimed to have a queen bed but what we got was a very short barely twin bed. I’m 5’10” and my head was on the wall and my feet was hanging off of the bed. Both my wife and I tried to sleep in the bed but we both had to side sleep and couldn’t move. Absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning reaches the very small partitioned off bedroom so no matter how cold the rest of the hotel room got, the bedroom was stifling hot. Ended up moving to the couch in the living space that smelled musky and moldy worse than the rest of the room. Judging by the rest of the rooms around the floor we were on, we received one of the better rooms. The hotel did have amazing views of sunrise, and you could see Tampa Bay from the balcony. But no access to the bay or the beach area. Sheets were clean and room was equipped with a kitchenette. Overall, terrible stay. Photos, rating and reviews were highly misleading and did not represent the current state of the property.

In a price point view it's nice, rooms need a little upgrade that's kinda understandable but I've NEVER!! felt as heated in seconds like I was getting service from a service manager Damien Carpenter the most disrespectful MOFO i met in this service. Not only to me but to the lady before me that was pissed and uncomfortable how he treated her. Mr scar face almost got handled I gave myself 5 stars for not going in. Other than that pool area, bar and beach side was cool.

Quiet and comfortable. Great view of the Bay and great service from the desk. Toilet is very low and some of the furniture is showing its age but the electronic items work great.

Our flight arrived late in the evening. When we arrived at the hotel, the AC was not working in our 2 bedroom suite. After about 45 minutes, they were able to give us 2 single rooms to accomodate us for the night. The next day, they moved us to an upgraded 2 bedroom with a great view of the bay. Snagging the difference between the 2 rooms. The second room had updated flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, wall devor, and tvs. The first room was nowhere near as nice. I wouldn't have given 4 stars if we had stayed in the first room but the customer service was good.

We were dropping off a guest early the next morning at Tampa Intl Airport. It is an easy drive to the airport and it had 2 rooms so we did not have to all sleep in the same room. The staff was very friendly. The rooms could use a little updating but was clean overall. This is the second time we have stayed here.
