Obviously a rundown hotel they tried to slap some new paint on it and sell it as luxury. Rude staff at check in, no breakfast offered, no elevators close to the room, room claimed to have a queen bed but what we got was a very short barely twin bed. I’m 5’10” and my head was on the wall and my feet was hanging off of the bed. Both my wife and I tried to sleep in the bed but we both had to side sleep and couldn’t move. Absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning reaches the very small partitioned off bedroom so no matter how cold the rest of the hotel room got, the bedroom was stifling hot. Ended up moving to the couch in the living space that smelled musky and moldy worse than the rest of the room. Judging by the rest of the rooms around the floor we were on, we received one of the better rooms. The hotel did have amazing views of sunrise, and you could see Tampa Bay from the balcony. But no access to the bay or the beach area. Sheets were clean and room was equipped with a kitchenette. Overall, terrible stay. Photos, rating and reviews were highly misleading and did not represent the current state of the property.

Reserved room for full water view. I got a room that was stuck in the corner. Looked over a parking lot. Looked over some greenery in volleyball court which lights were on at night then I got to see the water. Would not change my room. Outdated would not bring family for a vacation here.

Very clean and well kept. Quiet and easy parking. The furniture is dated. Our balcony chairs had holes in them and the couch was a day bed with a flat mattress that wasnt the most comfy-which was a bummer but was “ok” they describe in their site that they have beach towels for use each day-this is not the case. They said we could use the pool towels-those don’t work for the beach and we ended up going to Walmart. Also, they said a case of water would be in our room on arrival also not the case. In comparison we stayed in a water view room and it was beautiful. We saw dolphins every day. It was clean and the ac was top notch. The linens on the bed felt like cardboard which was hard after spending days in the sun. These are all minor things and we really did enjoy our stay. We would stay again.

The whole place is so nice. The rooms remind me of small apartments. And the views from the balcony are beautiful. The pool is super clean, as well, and a little restaurant/bar is right next to it. The food is real good, too! Oh, and the staff there are so nice and helpful! Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone who may be traveling to the Tampa area.

Property was being renovated while we were there. This was to be expected because of the past hurricanes. The pool bar/restaurant was excellent. They didn’t have a lot of menu choices, but the food was quality and the bartenders were amazing!

It was OK…..not good enough for me to go back. The rooms are very dated and for anyone who lived through Hurricane Milton…you will understand when I say that our room smelled like the aftermath of Milton. We were there for 10 days and saw the same tag off of someone’s clothes in the pool for all 10 days. The hotel no longer offers a shuttle to/from the airport but their site doesn’t state that. On a positive note, everyone was very friendly! We met some great people!!

Used towels, leaky sink, and dirty floors. We stay here quite often. This is the first bad review I’ve had of this property. The view was great as always but the cleanliness of this unit was horrible. Used towels on the tub. We ALWAYS take our own towels and washcloths but there were used ones already on the tub. We arrived late and went to bed used a bag as a glove to move it to the corner.
