The room was spotless when we arrived. The front desk was very nice and the shop. We got ice-cream cookies on Sunday. On Monday, they were out and would not get more until Friday. We had to switch to Twix bars. We were supposed to have housecleaning on Wednesday. She did not show up. I asked that evening and the person at the front desk said I was to call and confirm. On Thursday, I talked to another girl and it was on the books. So? We loved the pool and the bar! Great music on Friday! The workers at the bar were all very friendly. Pool.was clean! Our TV blew a tube when we turned it on. Maintenance came immediately and put a new TV up. He was excellent!! Thank you! Every staff person was very nice! We will come again and recommended it to a friend.

The location is amazing! The staff was okay but not too friendly. The hotel was clean but the condition of the room needs some love you could smell a mildew smell and the bathroom door had water damage.

I love the view of the room we had and paid for but thwre was no breakfast included.You had to go down to the restaurant and actually pay. But since they had the hurricane, it was okay for as clean wise.They're remodeling a lot still.

An amazing hotel. If we return to Tampa, we are staying here again. We have already recommended to our closest friends and family. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. The staff were amazing. I'd like to mention an incident at the pool where a vicious Kindle lady ran off multiple people from the pool, truly a Karen. After reporting to the staff, they handled the situation flawlessly. Also, their food at the poolside restaurant was amazing their tortillas reminded us of home. I truly could not recommend this place more, the view is gorgeous!

The room was clean. The location was perfect. It is a short trip 15-25 minutes to Tampa, depending on traffic. This hotel is about 30 minutes from Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches. I loved the bonfires on the Tampa bay every night. We rented a 2 bedroom bayside. The balcony was great!!

You can’t beat the view, and the kids loved the pool! Perfect option for a family so everyone isn’t on top of each other! Poolside bar had nightly sunset drink specials. Great location - only about half hour to lots of beaches!
