As you step into the home, you are immediately greeted with a spacious open-concept layout with warm natural light and modern finishes throughout. There are two cozy living rooms, one being more formal for great movie nights, and the other for amazing family game nights! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal—from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area comfortably seats your group, creating a welcoming space for conversation and connection. There are two glass sliding doors connected to the living room and dining room, opening up to a huge outdoor space; leading further into the pool & hot tub area. This home is a wonderful mix of warmth and fun with unique characteristics throughout!

-Bedroom 2: (Downstairs) Trundle, with pull out bed

-Game Room: Pull out sofa bed
