Nestled in Prime Tampa real estate, our house has room for the whole family, or two families! 6 large bedrooms with 2 KING beds, 3 QUEEN Beds and 1 bunk room with a twin bed up top, full bed below and twin bed slide-out trundle. The comfortable living room, spacious dining areas and fully stocked kitchen await you!

The large saltwater pool is heated for free November 1 through April 1 for year round fun! Caged in and away from the mosquitos, ready to enjoy day and night.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the Spacious Tampa! The check-in process was seamless and Ian and Clarissa were always available to answer questions and make sure our stay was pleasant. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a Publix just about 3-5 minutes away for anything we forgot on our stay.

Great place to stay with family or friends

Our family really enjoyed our stay. This home was clean and spacious and the pool/outdoor space was perfect. It has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds are comfortable and it felt like home away from home. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay in Tampa

Ian & Clarissa were wonderful and thoughtful hosts. I appreciated the fast communication from the time of booking throughout the duration of the trip, especially allowing us to drop our luggage off before check-in time when we had an early morning flight. The entire house was well-kept and clean and very accurate to the photos. They had plenty of bath and pool towels to use. It’s a spacious house for large groups. The neighborhood was also in a convenient spot for groceries and not far from downtown. Our favorite spot to hang out was definitely the pool & hottub area. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Awesome hosts and nice property!

Hosts were accommodating like no other - we asked for a grill and pack and plays and they delivered. Our flight was delayed and then cancelled until the next day, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate by letting us stay an extra night with no extra charge. No nickel and dime-ing by the owners as pool/spa heat was included; sufficient toiletries were provided for the 14 people we had (paper towels, tp, trash bags, soap, cutlery, laundry supplies, etc). The owners responded timely on various questions we had. We would definitely stay at this place again and strongly recommend the owners!
