You have arrived at the Tampa Riverfront Villa!

THE HOUSE - As you drive up to this house you will be struck by it's magnitude. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has vaulted ceilings throughout the downstairs, and is tastefully decorated in a contemporary Florida theme.

POOL AREA - Vacation is all about relaxing, and it's easy to unwind out back in the private heated pool with attached hot tub jacuzzi!

KITCHEN - You'll feel at home cooking in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We've stocked the kitchen with all standard cookware, knives, etc...

LIVING ROOM - Plenty of seating around a brilliant marble coffee table that looks more like a piece of art than a table! The living room comes equipped with a 65" smart TV and a cozy fireplace.

GAME ROOM - Relax and shoot some pool on the billiards table.

PING PONG TABLE - Enjoy playing some ping pong!

KAYAKS - We have 2 kayaks available to take out on the Hillsborough river

BBQ\GRILL - Enjoy grilling out on the pool deck

DINING ROOM - The dining room accommodates seating for up to 10.

BEDROOMS - Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in it's own unique, theme. We put high-quality mattresses in every bedroom. In addition, each bedroom features a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV for your enjoyment.

MASTER BEDROOM - The oversized master bedroom is equipped with a high-quality King mattress, as well as a large, flat screen, smart TV. In addition to that, the room also has a sitting area with some amazing views of the Hillsborough River. A great place for a cup of coffee in the morning!

MASTER BATHROOM - This spa inspired master bathroom boasts an oversized freestanding soaking tub, 3 high-end shower heads, his/her vanities, and a separate makeup vanity.

BEDROOM 2 - The upstairs bedroom junior suite has it's very own attached, private bathroom as well as a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located upstairs and also has an attached, bathroom as well as a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 4 - The fourth bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, and is also equipped with a flat screen, smart TV.

BEDROOM 5 - The fifth bedroom is located upstairs, and is also equipped with a flat screen, smart TV.

ATTACHED/6th BEDROOM - Attached to the master bedroom is an addition room that has 3 beds. It is equipped with a daybed/trundle combo that has 2 twin mattresses, and a pullout sleeper sofa that has another twin mattress.

If I could give this house 6 stars, I would without hesitation. We are just completing 16 days at the house. We are a couple in our 70’s and we hosted our children and grandchildren. Everyone raved about the way the house is set up and the accoutrements that are provided. Connor Ruhle, the property manager/owner responded quickly to a few questions we had. He is charming and patient. The location is wonderful! It sits just across from the Hillsboro River and a beautiful pocket park. It is a lovely walk on a pleasant day. Every aspect you see in the description is true. There are two kayaks and the hot tub/pool are well maintained. I recommend without hesitation.

While we didn't get a chance to use the pool and hottub it enhanced the homes warm Florida charm and great Tampa vibe.This house help facilitate unforgettable family memories and life changing moments that our Family members in attendance will never forget. The Kitchen was beautiful and new this became the Family's central focal point which allowed us to prepare gourmet meals as seen on the Food Network channels,This home is Family friendly for all ages to thoroughly enjoy .The rooms were clean and fresh with Amazing views of the Tampa River and a scenic picturesque park.I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a beautiful modern style home and wonderful atmosphere . Awesome Stay!

The house was as good as advertised, and in a peaceful location along the river. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, utensils and everything need for preparing meals. There were several added amenities and a very warm pool. Conner, our host, was OUTSTANDING in communicating with us and quickly responded to our questions and/or needs! GREAT JOB!

Family visit

Property is a beautiful river home in a gentle, old, residential neighborhood that is exactly as depicted in the pictures. However, it is NOT on the river. It is separated from the river by a narrow patch (maybe 30 yards) of common land that is a city park and an unpaved access road that runs in front of the house and ends in the driveway to the house. The park is well used by locals for exercise and dog walking, etc. so expect to see people walking/jogging/etc. in the park in front of the house in the morning. The only other peculiarity is the pool is not behind the house but to its left, but still easily accessible from the main level with a very nice spa.

Wow! Beautiful Home!

This home was perfect for our family gathering. Everything you would want in a rental home--amenities, location, scenery, cleanliness, fast wifi, good water pressure, comfy beds, privacy, responsive host, and magnificent views! The mansion has a historic feel yet furnished with modern amenities--and I don't think we could've found a better fit for us in the Tampa area--I highly recommend!

A Great Tampa Vacation

What a fantastic house! Perfect location, perfect setup for larger groups, great private pool area, and beautiful views from the main congregating areas. Everything you need is at this place and the owner Connor could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The neighborhood is full of friendly people who walk their dogs at the park across the street. Great vibes and definitely a rental I plan to visit again in the near future.

Family visit

I brought my three boys from CA for a visit in my hometown of Tampa. This home was perfect for us. My sister met us and spent the week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was well supplied, comfortable and in a great location. Connor was responsive, kind, and helpful. We hope to visit again in the future.

We had a group of 10 for a bachelor party weekend. The inside of the house was clean and it accommodated everyone. The outside needed some upkeep especially around the pool area. The neighborhood around the house is a little rough.

The home was in good condition. The pool needs some attention, missing pool tilea ans a few loose pavers around the pool. Aome household items were missing (grill scraper, garabe bags, etc.) but the property owner promptly had them delivered when requested. Location was close enough to walk to several restaurants and bars. Good experience overall.
