Staff was excellent, but didn’t realize it was also student housing. Kids were great also. We reserved a king size bed, they said it wasn’t available. We were a little disappointed, although they gave us food vouchers for dinner

The front desk staff was very nice! The room was clean and stocked with coffee and tea, no bottled water though. Our room was on the 17th floor with a limited view of the riverfront. This hotel is at the end of the riverwalk, but walkable to the restaurants and shops. However, I was extremely annoyed with house keeping knocking on our door at 9:30 in the morning twice! My 86 year old mother was still asleep and it scared her!

I was not able to get breakfast, or even get a coffee. Many patrons walked out after waiting a long time, including myself. The restaurant was only about 75% full, and the wait staff was working exceptionally hard and moving fast but we’re unable to bring out any food and had exceptionally long walks to the back of the building or something. Even for people to get their check to cash out took a long time. I do not know if they’re just understaffed or the cooks were taking forever to get the food out or they had a long walk to even get the food. But I definitely do not recommend going to breakfast there. The rest of the place was OK.

We had a great stay. The hotel was decorated beautifully and very festive for the holiday. I really sweet server for breakfast. Had fun holiday glasses for everybody to wear would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We were in town for a game at Raymond James stadium. The location was great and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant service was great and food good.

We booked a King Room using Hotels.com and when we arrived were told they do not even have King Rooms. The rooms are very dated and need to be updated as well as the bathrooms. Very misleading posting on Hotels.Com. Only redeeming quality was that the rooms were only about $100/night.

The hotel and its staff are fantastic! $10 a day for self parking whereas many hotels nearby are $50 a day for valet only. They have a shuttle that'll take you and pick you up anywhere within 2 mi of the hotel and it is conveniently situated to where you can. Pretty much walk or use public transportation to get anywhere you need to go

Old hotel. Pictures are deceiving. Only update is the bathroom. The bar:restaurant is old too. The plus is the shuttle service that will take you anywhere within 2 miles and pick you up. The drivers were so pleasant and took us to the shops and restaurants. Also shuttle service to the ship. I would stay again but for the one night only.
