We really enjoyed the stay. Family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the garage game room! That was a hit! Pool table was a huge hit! We had a great tournament. The only thing I would change is the bed near the living room was not comfortable. It seems to have a board under it. Also, adding more garbage bags, and cleaning spray. We luckily brought our own. The ice machine in the fridge didn't work well so we bought ice. Host was great!! Very family friendly.

We had an absolute blast this week staying in the Tampa area. The house was amazing and had every amenity that we could have wanted plus some. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and that only added to the relaxation that we experienced while soaking up the sun by the pool. The property owner was the best. Their communication was spot on and their response time to any questions that we had were answered in minutes not hours. I look forward to renting this property again in the future and I would highly recommended this place to anyone. Be it a single person or a large family, you will love it. The location is perfect, you have good privacy yet anything you could want to do is just a few miles down the road.

Hockey Tournament weekend

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a hockey tournament. We were close to the rink and had plenty of room for all the couples to stay together! The pool was as a great space to wind down and the game room was a lot of fun for all!

Tampa get away

The owner were super flexible with the trip, had people coming in on different dates. They made the whole process easy. Great location everything you could need is within a 5-10 min drive. We will be back!

Spring break 2025

Everything was fantastic except the pool. It sure looks nice but it is NOT heated. It was ice cold, therefore know one used the pool. I would highly recommend picking a different spot unless you are ok with just walking around the pool.

Military reunion weekend

The property was amazing and absolutely perfect for our small reunion. The house was extremely clean. We noticed one issue with a broken piece of furniture, but informed the host immediately so they were aware.. the location was perfect as it was close to the airport and everything else that we did over the weekend. 10/10 highly recommend and off we do another reunion in brandon, will definitely be booking this house again.

Family stay for grandmothers 90th birthday

This home was only a 10 minute drive from our family members who reside in Brandon and only 6 minutes from the venue where we held our mothers/grandmothers/greatgrandmothers 90th birthday. We flew in from NY and others from Texas and we had a WONDERFUL and comfortable stay.

Beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very spacious for our large group. They really were thinking of keeping their guests entertained with the game room, hottub and the pool!!! There is so much to do just at the house!!! Very easy to get in and out of and lots of things to do nearby. Very close to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.
