In our very spacious home, we have 4 bedrooms with 3 king & 1 queen size beds along with extra foldable orthopedic memory foam mattresses (available upon request). There is a master suite with a large King size bed, TV with Roku connection, large adjoining walk-in closet, and a big master bathroom with walk in shower and also a garden tub. We have a private NURSERY attached to the master with a crib for infants that may be attending. The master bedroom, dining room and Kitchen - all connected with the pool through glass doors.
Three other bedrooms have 2 King and One queen beds with another bathroom. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, stove, range and fridge. Also a small office and sitting room with treadmill.

Worst VRBO experience ever

Absolutely misrepresented. Filthy carpet, matted and stained. Pool was unusable, dirty and had floating scum and bacteria covering the entire surface. The hot tub was brown, having not been cleaned or scrubbed. Broken blinds, bathtub peeling and unsafe surface, tiles broken, dents in the walls, urine on the toilet, wall, and floor. I could go on and on but bottom line is we did not stay here and working to get a full refund. The property may have been nicer at one point but there are only two reviews ( now 3) in the last three years and they are all poor. Still trying to get a response from the host as we are working with VRBO to get a full refund.

Misleading

Listing is misleading. Carpet was so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would be black. I was shocked by an electrical switch in the kitchen and it took the property manager several days to get someone out to fix it, which is concerning since we had children in the home. Pool isn't heated, nor is the hot tub. Both showers had mold in them. Very few kitchen utensils. Living room couch was very worn. After all of this when I asked for a later checkout due to a delayed flight the manager denied my request. I was extremely accommodating after being shocked by faulty, likely unlicensed, electrical work but I guess that only works one way for the property manager. I would not recommend staying here with a family.

Schönes großes und modernes Haus

Hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war gut. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnanlage. Dadurch war es eine ruhige Wohngegend. Können es weiterempfehlen!

Home looks beautiful online but is old and not as pictured

Online, the property is beautiful and appears to be more modern. The layout of the home is perfect, there is a nursery in the master that was perfect for my 1 year old. However, the master bedroom shower is old and outdated and there were small roaches coming out of the drain. There is no door to the bathroom area which is uncomfortable with the sheer curtains in the bedroom and nosy neighbors with security cameras surrounding the property. We went home to bathe because both tubs in the bathrooms were old and cracking and just not as pictured. The sheets in the master bedroom did not smell clean as if they had been washed at all. There are gigantic spiders in the home crawling around especially in the kitchen. We killed a few during our stay. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen bring your own pots. The pool could definitely use a cleaning and the hot tub is not hot. I notified the host that we were planning on utilizing the grill and the pool, upon arrival, there was no propane in the tank which hindered our plans even more. The couch in the living room is worn and we could not get one tv to work in the home during our stay. We advised the host we were going to be watching a boxing match, due to the fact that not one tv in the home was working we had to go and buy a projector to stream. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my stay and felt a hotel would have at least had fresh smelling sheets to sleep on and a roach-free shower that was suitable to bathe

Family trip to celebrate our daughters wedding!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks at this property! It did not disappoint at all. We had everything we needed plus some. The space was amazing and the outside patio and pool was awesome. Erica was great if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit our daughter, her new husband and our grandbaby. Thank you for a great trip and memories made!

Good landing spot for enjoying the area

Nice location on a quiet street with an office setup with easy access surge protector as well as a treadmill (extra points for the fan) to start the day. Big living room TV for down time as well as almost instant hot water in the Master shower. Location, location, location as it seemed everywhere we wanted to get to was just a few turns out the driveway.

Just what we needed

Timber Pond III was a comfortable and relaxing stay for my family. We wanted to soak up as much sunshine as we could before we had to fly home, so we extended our spring break with a short trip to Timber Pond III. We were close to everything one could ever need and the house was spacious and clean for my family of 7. My kids loved the huge family room TV and we were able to watch family movies after long days in the sun. The area is residential so there were lots of places to take walks safely. The pool was not heated, but my kids did not seem to mind. The check in and out were very easy, and communication with the owner was great! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Property/Neighborhood

We stayed here Thanksgiving week. The house had plenty of room for our 8 family members to stay comfortably. The extra baby room was a nice touch. Our 3 year old son slept in that room on the provided floor mattress with no issues. He felt like he had his own room. We have other family that lives in Tampa and this house was an easy 15 minute drive to their house. Also close to Busch Gardens and about a 50 minute drive to the Clearwater Aquarium. House was very clean and Erica answered all our questions immediately. My wife and I walked in the mornings around the neighborhood and the neighbors outside were very friendly to us. If you need a spacious house in Tampa, I would recommend checking this one out. -Kirk

The grill wasn’t cleaned at all, we cleaned by ourselves and it wasn’t working properly. Dish washer wasn’t working properly. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Amazing getaway !!

The property managers are extremely quick with their responses, always available when you have a question and/or need help with anything related to the property. The check in process was very easy. When we got there everything was spotless and equip with anything and everything you’d need (pots and pans, plenty of toilet paper, clean towels, shampoo, soap). The home is beautiful with plenty of space and seating inside and a lovely outside with a large covered area. Amazing pool!! Located in a very nice neighborhood!! A place I will definitely go whenever in need of a perfect getaway again!!!!
