The host was amazing. Really great communication. And for.our stay it was a great price. Let us check in early. The codes were a little confusing but we got it all worked out and it was perfect. Great location and a really nice little place. it was clean and cozy. We go to florida often so I am definitely going to save this for the future stays . I totally recommend.

The property was cleaned and beautiful with a nice view of the mangrove. On the down side, I wasn’t able to connect with the property manager and the WiFi didn’t work for us, which was bad because we planned to be in the property the majority of the time watching movies and doing othe internet related things

Pictures were different than what was in the townhouse but still very nice. The appliances and washer/dryer could use updating but still working. The unit was located in a very quiet location but kinda far from pool but we were able to rent a golf cart for our time which was so convenient instead of having to get in our vehicle. Overall nice place and would definitely come back easy check in and out

Quiet getaway

Very quiet area for peaceful, restful nights. Very clean and everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The availability of hotels/motels in this area is extremely limited, so this is a great alternative. I would definitely choose this place again.

Very Nice

The townhome is nice, good amount of kitchen utensils, so you can cook. Great views. Lots of areas to relax. The downstairs bathroom needs the molding around the floor cleaned, it is very dirty. Other than that, it was clean.

Just get a hotel!

Great location reached the bath tubs in both rooms had shower issues water wasn’t coming out fullyThe bath towels were very thin. Downstairs tv didn’t work for 2 days , we had to clean the house almost fully before leaving but it’s a cleaning fee in the charge of the rental stay. Definitely pay the difference & get a hotel

Don’t stay here. Unit wasn’t cleaned, dirty sheets, dishes, pet hair all over the house. Washer and dryer full of pet hair and mold. We did not feel safe especially during a COVID pandemic. Manager could not be reached throughout the stay, despite multiple calls /texts. Could not rent golf cart or grill because the manager would not respond to texts/messages. Even after checkout, no sign of her.

Roomy townhome

This was a reasonable rental for what we needed. It was less than an hour drive to the airport, Busch gardens and Anna Maria island. There was room to spread out- however if you are looking for a resort style vacation home this is not it. You could walk to the pool/restaurant area but it was much easier to drive. The hours were limited to only 2 a day and the pool closed at 6. I realize that Covid 19 changed a lot of things so this couldn’t be helped. The “beach” area is more for looking than swimming, but all in all it worked for what we needed since we didn’t spend much time there. There were not enough pillowcases, decent bath towels or even a kitchen cloth to wash dishes but we made do. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of dishes to use. The kitchen and baths were clean but there was still dog hair all over the sofa from I guess whoever stayed there previously.

Enjoyed our stay. Located close to many things. Went to Strawberry Festival. Only downside were the stairs. We’re in our 70’s so up & down stairs gave us our exercise. All said this is a good propert.

Problems with rental--conditions.

I have rented several units through VRBO in the past years snd never had one that was not good untill this one in Ruskin, Florida, No TV in two of the three rooms. broken coffee pot-(bought a new one)-filthy trash in the garage-Smeels bad and maggots. UGH! other problems to numerous to mention hear. I am trying to contact Carmen, The manager but that is hard to do. VERY DISAPOINTED. May not use VRBO again.

Little haven

The condo was great with a beautiful view of the waterway, and good location. Very clean and nice vibe. We watched manatees swimming right outside the condo one evening which was a special treat. It was a nice haven during a difficult time with a family in hospice.

Not a great beach area but overall a great experience and the property was as expected....very nice. I would recommend to anyone vacationing in the area
