The front desk receptionist Andrea I believe her name was, was such a delight. Very respectful, kind and helpful. She made sure anytime she seen us she asked was everything going well and ok. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and also the breakfast in the morning. I will be booking again soon.

Hard mattresses.

Place was fine for location. Great breakfast. We did not like the mattresses. Hard as a rock and had difficulty sleeping.

The hotel is very old and is in need of an upgrade. Luckily, we got to the breakfast on time. Because people showed up at 945 and there was no more food. There was no fresh fruit. There was no drinking water. I had to go into the gym and use a water dispenser in the gym. The price was gaged because it was a Labor Day weekend.

Not worth it.

Booked this room Because it’s close to the waterpark and shopping mall.I checked in the room it was ok just needs to be updated. The bathroom was very tiny can’t sit in the toilet without the door hitting the toilet. Woke up went to breakfast because I have a 6 yr old I read reviews it was a good breakfast we went up at 8:55am after I was told that breakfast ends at 10am to find out the kitchen closes at 9am and they can’t bring out more eggs or sausages. Mind you they had nothing but potatoes. After I requested they refused..I don’t think I’ll be staying here first and last time.

It was very comfortable easy access to everything last night. They were children running up and down a hole. I did call the front desk and no one answer. Someone needs to be at the front and answer the phone and when I checked out, there was no one at the counter they need to have someone always at that counter at all the time everything else was excellent.
