Not the normal Hampton Inn that I stay in. My room, remote did not work and I had to go to front desk. The light was burned out in bathroom. Shade missing on bedroom light. Hallways needed vacuum. Front desk staff at check in not friendly.

Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Desk clerk was so friendly.. the room was so spacious as well as the bathroom. Would not change a thing about it.

The check in staff was friendly and very accomadating. Two minor room issues were corrected immediately by a very friendly employee who asked if all was well any time he saw us. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Any staff member we had any interaction with was smiling & friendly. We will return again.

Not a great experience for a next to new building.

I feel that the pillows were really flat. I was on the 4th floor, which is ok, but my hot water in my shower only got to lukewarm. The mini fridge was warm and stank really bad. I was put my drinks in it. No way!

2 towels for 4 people?????

Only had 2 towels in room for 4 people and after asking twice for more towels, and when we got back to our room around 11pm I still had to got down to the lobby for towels because they only gave us 2!! Also the shampoo bottle felt off the wall. I also told them about it. The front desk people were super nice and apologetic.

We had to switch rooms during our stay. The tv wasn't working. Also, breakfast wasn't great. The sausage still looked pink in the middle, and I think it was an apple danish had black stuff on and inside of it.
