This spectacular 270 degree ocean view estate home offers unparalleled views of the Costa Rica's Central Pacific coastline with incredible vistas all the way across the Gulf of Nicoya and up and down the Pacific coastline. It is a truly stunning and very private 5 bedroom, 3 bath, plus 2 half baths pool home.

The spacious home is nestled above the renowned Villa Caletas Hotel with sunset views so spectacular, an amphitheater was carved into the mountain for guests and visitors to enjoy their breathtaking beauty. And as one of only two private homes associated with the famed resort, you have full use of all hotel facilities, including the Serenity Spa, beach shuttle to a secluded private beach, private chef (additional charge & subject to availability) and a full range of other adventure and concierge services too.

It is truly a one-of-a-kind property with over an acre of pristine land situated high above the coast with no neighboring properties to mar the expansive views. Pictures don’t do it justice

This was an awesome trip for us. The property is amazing I would rent it again for sure. The only suggestion I would have is for the owners to refresh the house a bit. Appliances are not all working properly, toilet seats a little worn, just wear and tear over the years. It was all very clean however. Outside of that awesome and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Wow! The photos simply don’t do justice. This property is phenomenal. The views are breathtaking. Casa Pagsuko was perfect for our spring break trip of 2 families with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. It was our first time to Costa Rica and Stephanie provided great recommendations for activities and was very responsive. (We chose atv/zip line, tortuga island catamaran, and crocodile river tour.) We enjoyed the pool, nature watching, and Hotel Villa Caletas private beach for our relaxing days. We decided to utilize Nice N Easy for transportation and Chef Pablo for meals, in addition to eating out in Jaco and Herradura Beach. All combined made for the perfect vacation week. We will definitely be back! Amazing!!

Beautiful Casa Pagsuko

The views are spectacular from this property. It is located a short distance to a good grocery store, Heredura Beach, and the mainJaco Beach area. Having access to the resort amenities made it very nice when we didn’t feel like cooking. Can’t say enough about the host Stephanie. She is so helpful and always available. We will definitely return to this property at some point in the future.

Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Casa pagsuka was the perfect escape for our month long work from home vacation. Its almost hard to believe that such a luxury stay could exist in the middle of the jungle. The house itself is jawdroppingly stunning and the sunset views from the balcony are arguably better than majority of the restaurant locations we visited. Wildlife is right outside your window! We woke up often to see monkeys in the trees, tucans and macaws.There is a night guard on the premise and a gated entrance which made us feel safe throughout our duration of the stay. The hotel that is walking distance also offered security knowing that staff was available whenever needed. The hotel served as great day activity to send visiting guest to if they wanted a change of scenery, massage, or easy happy hour plans after a relaxing pool day. In regards to working from home, there are multiple routers that supported all of our guests who came with laptops and overlapping zoom calls. The host Stephannie was very kind, accommodating and available whenever we needed or had any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable!

Stunning property, vacation home in true paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Pagsuko! The photos cannot even do the panoramic views justice, absolutely breathtaking! The entire home was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. The infinity pool with mountain views, wildlife watching (monkeys and more birds than you can imagine), sunsets, and rainbows exceeded our expectation and experience in every way! Our host, Stephannie, was helpful and professional and answered any questions we had. Her vast knowledge of the area and willingness to go above and beyond for her guests was evident our entire stay. Having the amenities of the Five Star hotel just a short walk up the mountain was a luxury in itself. We had fabulous meals there and an afternoon on their beach that was the epitome of relaxation and enjoyment! We cannot wait to come back and highly recommend Casa Pagsuko for anyone looking for a luxury vacation rental to make memories that last a lifetime!

Amazing Home with Beautiful Views!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Pagsuko. The house was beautiful with awesome views from on the top of the mountain of the ocean and jungle. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the house was very clean. The outdoor kitchen was great to have for our pool days. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Stephannie was very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. Having the hotel right next door was extremely convenient for meals. Highly recommend! We will be back for another stay!

Where the Wild Things Are

If you love the beauty of nature then this is your place. Every morning we were greeted with the beautiful sights and sounds of an array of birds (too many to even try to name), animals at play- even a pair of moneys that frequented our coconut trees, things that looked like leaves but were not, beautiful views, beautiful pools and all of the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Quite literally a 5-star hotel is your next-door neighbor. This awe inspiring week was enough to make you want to be a permanent resident of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!!! Our host, Stephanie was hostess extraordinaire. She had an answer and a solution for everything. She was gracious, friendly, and generous with her knowledge of the area and the house. Speaking of the house- it was our 10 day refuge away the noise and hustle of Los Angleles. (pause for effect). This place- this space- is amazing. After our travel plans to Thailand were augment by restrictions, we didn't know how, where, or if we'd travel this summer before school stated for our group. This big yellow house literally fell in our laps in a matter of 3 days. And what a blessing it was. Surround windows that provided spectacular views both day and night, beautiful bedrooms and equally stunning bathrooms. The inside is just as grand as the outside. You will not be disappointed.
