Beautiful villa in Atlanterra, a unique and in Europe very popular bay on the Costa de la Luz in Andalucia.

The Villa overlooks the "Playa de los Alemanes" and the way to Africa.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The ground floor is the living room whit fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a guest toilet anda a separate spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and views over the garden and the sea.

Upstairs there are 2 bedroom, the master bedroom with the main bathroom and another room with double bed. From the terrace you can enjoy the glimmer of the city lights of Tangier.

This Villa includes a built-up area of 170 m2 and 2000 m2 of land.

The beautiful and well maintained garden offers many possibilities for relaxing, the pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (hot / cold), invites a refreshing swim, there is also a barbecue area with a beautiful dining table with benches and a large porch that completely covered is used as a living room and dining room.

For guests arriving in winter there is a living room with a fireplace.
