The open-plan living area flows effortlessly onto a spacious deck, featuring a large covered section for year-round enjoyment, with an outdoor lounge set and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor entertaining.
Nestled in this charming lakeside village, Villa on the Bay offers the best of both worlds — a peaceful retreat with Taupo’s vibrant town centre just an 8-minute drive away.
Ideally located, it’s only a short stroll down the iconic Acacia Bay Staircase to North Beach Reserve, a popular swimming spot with a pontoon, jetty, public BBQ facilities, and kayak hire. The Acacia Bay boat ramp is just 2 minutes by car.
For everyday convenience, the local shopping centre is only 3 minutes away, with a convenience store, The Bay Bar & Brasserie, and a coffee cart. Besley Park, just 2 minutes’ drive, offers public tennis courts, a pirate-themed playground, and plenty of open space for families to enjoy.
