Family Friendly Home Away from Home

Located in the beautiful Papamoa Beach area, this property offers a convenient 5-minute walk to the ocean beach and the recently upgraded Fashion Island mall, providing all necessary amenities. Enjoy activities such as biking in the nearby reserve, taking children to the skatepark, or building sandcastles on the beach - all within walking distance. The fully fenced section outdoor kids kitchen, and playhouse for children to enjoy while adults relax.

The house features a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, with a sunny outdoor entertaining area and ample outdoor space that receives sunlight throughout the day. Nearby attractions include Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, Baywave, Bay Park, and the Mount Hot Pools, all just a short distance away.

The property includes two large bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with two single beds, accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. Additional features include a modern kitchen, dining area, spacious open-plan living spaces, a courtyard, and a landscaped garden.
The house is equipped with a 42" LED Smart TV in the main bedroom, a 62" HD LED TV with Sky Sports, air conditioning/heat pump, and a dishwasher.

Small dogs are allowed with prior approval from the owner.


Parking is available for one car in the garage, two cars in the driveway, as well as space for a boat and extra parking on the road. Families are the only guests accepted, with a minimum 3-night stay requirement.
A bottom sheet will be provided unless you have opted for the linen package, in which case all necessary linens will be supplied.

Special arrangements can be made for events like AIMS Games, allowing additional beds and air beds in the living area to accommodate extra people.

Wonderful home in quiet neighbourhood near shopping and beach

This was our first visit to Papamoa Beach for my wife and I and we couldn't have been more delighted with this spacious beach house. It's in a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood not far from the Papamoa Plaza shopping centre and the beach. It's within walking distance of an extensive walking path-- which is perfect for walking your dog since this home is also pet-friendly. The beds are comfortable, the garden is cozy and private, and the full kitchen well-stocked with cooking implements. We also got to meet the owners/hosts of the property and found they were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We will absolutely be coming back!

Outstanding location and great living spaces

We took a group of 11-13 boys and some staff members for our AIMS trip and found the place perfect for our needs. Awesome location right at the foot of the Mount within walking distance of the beaches and shops, great living spaces that allow people to do their own thing or come together in the upstairs living room and lots of parking space both on the property and on the street. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, quiet home

The house was spacious and well appointed. Would be perfect for a family with young kids as has a huge yard. Owners were quick to communicate, and everything was easy to find. Only negative I would give is that between the kitchen and dining room there is a section of the carpet that has pulled away and has exposed staples which a couple of us walked over. Luckily we had no young ones with us so wasn't a big deal. Make sure to bring your own bath mats if you don't get the linen package, as these aren't provided. Kitchen had everything we needed, and house was a 15 minute walk from lots of great cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and anything else you might need. Papamoa beach is also reasonably close, so we spent heaps of time there! Thanks to the owners for a great few days!
