The Blue Beach House

Summary:
The Blue Beach House offers a true holiday experience- located in one of the most sought after avenues in Mt Maunganui, it is close to everything the Mount has to offer yet tucked away down a quiet right of way. Within easy walking distance to the beach , restaurants , cafes and shops. Sitting elevated allows you to enjoy sea peeps from the spacious deck and living room. Relax on the sunny window seat or put your feet up with a book on the hammock - it's all here!

The Space:
The Blue Beach House offers guests 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with 1 set of bunks and a double bed. The beach house is sunny and elevated with a large deck offering sea peeps. Parking spaces for up to 3 cars and enough room for a small boat to park. Within a short walk to the beach, Mauao and downtown Mt Maunganui.

Other Things to Note:
There is a drug sensor alarm installed in this property.
Sky TV and Apple TV are available at the property.
Beach towels available on request only and we ask that they are washed and dried on departure.
Suitable for children over the age of 5 years.

Nice central spot

Our first time at The Mount and we really enjoyed staying so centrally. Restaurants, beach and shops all on the doorstep, yet it was a quiet place to stay. The teenage kids loved being able to explore on foot. The balcony catches the morning sun nicely too.

We really enjoyed staying at the Blue house. Renovations behind the property were still continuing. We did not expect this and as a consequence didn’t enjoy as many quiet sleep ion’s as we were hoping for :)

Lovely little house, everything you need, very comfy beds, very clean and tidy, great spot with little view of the ocean from the deck. Short walk to the beach and shops, very quiet road. Easy check in/out. Definitely recommend.

Lovely beach house in awesome location

We thought the Blue Beach house was perfect for a stay in the Mount. The location was awesome, so close to the beach and the town centre but also very quiet and peaceful. The property had absolutely everything you needed, was lovely and clean with a wonderful deck. We would love to stay again for longer next time!

Cozy in a great location!

Perfection location! Walking distance to everything! Also a very nice neighbourhood! Lovely cozy home with a huge deck for outdoor living. Nice beds and linen. Well set up with everything you need and more. Would absolutely stay again!

Time in place rental property

The accommodations were amazing. Excellent space, beautiful area in a friendly community environment. 5 minutes drive away from my event daily. I'd recommend this property to any party looking to rent in Tauranga.

Great place for a family of four. Tidy and with everything you would need - the big deck out the front is awesome. Best thing is location - close to beach and town so can't go wrong as all within 5 minutes of place. Recommend it as a place to just relax and kick back

Nice combo of Bach feel but with all modern amenities. Quiet cul de sac but excellent location.

Lovely house in perfect location. Can walk around mountain into town beach or harbour with having to use the car. House had a nice Bach feel about it though has all modern amenities you would want. Quiet cul de sac so no traffic noise. We would stay there again.

Nice spot away from the crowds and noise but still close to beach and town.

Aside from the normal New Year drunken noise from surrounding properties it was generally a nice quiet spot . House had all that was needed to provide a relaxing holiday, especially enjoyed lying in the hammock ! Would have liked to have had use of the upstairs room / bedroom that was locked off . A couple of maintenance issues that need attending to 1. Corner cupboard next to cutlery draw has hinge that is missing the locking screw which ment the door hung down when opened 2. Trouble opening and closing small side door next to the hammock , also hinge issues ? . Great spot close to the beach and town.
