Property needs maintenance. No telephone in the room. internet does not work. Place looks "very old" given it is not kept up with. Rooms need renovation. Place does not look like in the photos posted.

Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop

The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

Es un hotel muy decente, de lo mejor por la zona, muy tranquilo, poca gente a pesar de estar lleno en los alrededores, el único tema son las camas que son lo que le siguen de incomodas, y ese plastiquito abajo de la sabana, me sentía como bebe pa no mear el colchón, tienen áreas de oportunidad en las habitaciones, pero en general muy bien
