Fantastic Poolside Villa w. Sea view in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, Canary Islands

FREE PRIVATE WIFI. Situated on Sands Beach Resort -Luxurious Beachfront Resort with wide ranging amenities such as Bars, Restaurants, Health Spa, Jacuzzi, Basket and Tennis courts, well equipped Gym. Within 5 mins walk there are multiple local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and the Town centre is just 15 min walk along the Beachfront Promenade. The Villa is south facing towards the sea (sunny side) Bungalow type on the Ground Floor and just steps from the pool. There is one small step into the bathroom. There are plenty of water based activities at the beach in front of the Resort, with Windsurfing and snorkelling and bicycle hire. Golfing is only a 5 mins drive. Child Buggy, Cot and high chairs could be hired from a local provider if required, delivered to the villa doorstep.

Sands is a great complex for kids, pool right outside the door. Apartment is a little dated but has everything you need for a self-catering stay and is great value for money. Communication and check-in with owner was hassle free and easy. It is an easy 15-20 stroll along the seafront in to the centre of CT, slightly quicker if you go along the road. We had hire car and explored the whole island. We had a 2 week stay in October with a 9 year old who was never out of the pool. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a good value budget accommodation in Costa Teguise.

Leuk klein appartement met een zwembad direct aan het terras en zicht op zee. Het appartement lijkt wat verouderd en kan hier en daar wat verf gebruiken maar alles werkt en het bed ligt goed. Op het terras kun je indien nodig uit de wind zitten. Er zijn voldoende restaurants en supermarkten op loopafstand aanwezig. We zijn hier een week geweest in januari en dat is prima bevallen.

Weeklong stay, 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids)

The pool just outside, shared by a circle of houses, was fantastic and never overcrowded. It was wonderful as there was kids of different ages and languages playing together in the pool, which made it great for our children to join in. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of shops and the main town. The host was exceptional, always responsive and quick to resolve any issues we had during our stay. We’d absolutely love to visit again—thank you for such a great experience!

Not worth the money old floor silcone used instead of atleast wiping it in grooves found mice droppi

Easy to get in but when in it was dusty everywhere the grouting was a sambles in bath room floor was very old saw one around corner been done up tiled floors would rent that one woke up sunday morning to misses sweeps up what looked like mouse dropping then that night mouse in bin runs out and i chase him the complex is alright loads of pools but we wont be renting it or anywhere on lanzorate staff at airport very rude only good thing was windy hot weather

Rafael was always easy to deal with and made contacting him easy. his place is perfect for a quiet break away. all the usual stuff Kettle, toaster, pots n pans everything to make you feel at home.Nice Bottle of wine on Arrival ... bars etc a easy 15 minute walk .. Thanks Rafael !

Great villa

We have had a wonderful time in February sunshine. The villa is wonderfully located with a pool right infront of the patio. There are lots of running and cycling trails along the coast and a lido at the edge of the resort for a quick dip on the way back. There are two excellent pizzerias within 100 meters. It is only a short walk up the prom to a variety of other restaurants. We had a curry one evening and a Chinese for Chinese new year another.

Fantastic location

My husband and I have being going to Sandsbeach for the past 20 years and have enjoyed many family holidays with our children, and other family and friends. We love the layout of the resort , the option of self catering and the facilities available in the villas. There are number of good restaurants nearby. This villa is situated on Plaza Palmeras it has a fabulous location with a sea view and pool view, the villa was clean and the host Rafael was excellent to deal with . We can certainly recommend this villa and are looking to book again for next year
