Welcome to Hovevei 14! This brand new 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment spans 200 sqm on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. It's an amazing property located just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy the beautiful terrace and balcony, along with convenient parking.

We absolutely love the brand new apartment and its proximity to the beach, with both a terrace and a balcony for you to relax on. Parking is an added convenience; it's an ideal place to stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Additionally, we provide access to the HolyGuest app, offering local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services such as food delivery and Shabbat catering.

Other Things to Note:

We provide fresh linens, towels, and essential bath products for your comfort. You can also order Upgraded Welcome packs before your arrival for added convenience. If needed, early check-in, late check-outs, mid-stay cleanings, or baby cribs and high chairs may be available for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability. Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT; however, all guests must present a valid passport photo and tourist visa upon arrival to avoid a 18% VAT charge.
