The ground floor features an entrance hallway and a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. There is also a fourth bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed, which provides access to the rear garden and includes an en-suite shower room.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with a Juliette balcony, as well as a separate fully-equipped kitchen and dining area complete with a dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom, which has a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room, is located on the first floor, along with the second bedroom featuring a double bed, the third bedroom with a single bed, and the family bathroom that includes a bathtub.

Additionally, there is driveway parking available for two cars at the front of the property, along with an enclosed rear garden.
