I'm no expert when it comes to hotels, but this place is nice and clean, large lobby comfortable even when large groups arrive, the personnel answered all my requests (not many but still) in record time and with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. Tea and coffee in the room, and there was even an iron and board !

Everything. Best bed, clean room, wonderful toiletries, love the happy hour drinks and especially the custom breakfast! I would like more than crackers and cheese and celery and carrots for happy hour. The snack to order - were not impressive pork pulled nachos - they forgot to layer and barely two forkfuls of pork. Pizza flatbread awful asked for a refund. So pick up the snacks and the hotel makes me want to stay and order. Still this is fixable the rest is wonderufl

They need to up date the rooms they are out dated staff was very helpful very welcoming enjoyed the breakfast bur need to have kitchen staff in the morning to speak English didn't understand stand English when i spoke to her when i told her how i wanted my eggs cooked i was disappointed with that

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good which isn’t always the case with free meals. I will definitely be back to this hotel. Hopefully, the construction around the hotel will be completed by the time of my next trip.
