The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and provides ample counter and storage space, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests with ease. The adjoining dining area offers a cozy space for family meals or gatherings.
One of the highlights of this rental is the inclusion of a washer and dryer, saving you the hassle of visiting a laundromat or shared laundry facilities. You can conveniently take care of your laundry needs within the comfort of your own home.
For those with a furry friend, this property is pet-friendly, with a fully fenced yard and newly installed AstroTurf. However, please note that there will be an additional monthly fee to accommodate your pets.
