Guests will have access to the entire home and enter through the front door with a smart lock code which will be provided upon completion of the guest check in app.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is a quiet brand new subdivision minutes from the loop and easy access to downtown temple, baylor scott and white main campus in temple, temple college, and all the neighboring communities.



Getting Around:

You're a 2 minute drive to the nearby highway with easy access to the rest of temple.



Other Things to Note:

✔ Exterior-only security cameras (garage + front door) for your safety

✔ Early check-in & late check-out available for a fee (based on availability)

✔ Pet stays are welcome with an additional pet fee

✔ The following fines apply: Parties: $1,000 fine, smoking $500 plus cost to remove odor, unauthorized visitors $50 per occupant not on your booking party list.

In effort to keep our prices reasonable and help more families and groups afford our homes, our starting rate is based on single occupancy.



Your price at checkout should be for the number of expected occupants whom will be staying overnight.



We understand plans change.



If your group size changes, all we ask is that you let us know.



Failing to disclose the number of occupants prior to arrival is grounds for termination of your stay without refund.



Adjustments to length of stay and group size can be made before, and during your stay.

2. Super Early Arrival after 12:30 PM CST for $55.00.

3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00.

1. Late Check-out until 12 PM CST for $40.00.

2. Super Late Check-out until 1:30 PM CST for $55.00.

3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.00.

Pets are allowed however pet privilege fees apply (PER PET - this is not a cleaning fee):

$10 per night per pet



★ ★ Mid-Stay Cleaning★ ★

we offer a complementary mid stay clean for stays longer than 30 days or upon request. An additional fee may apply. This is not a laundry service.



If you'd like to take advantage of any of these options, please let us know. We will send you a resolution request, and once paid, our cleaning staff schedule will be updated with the new check-in / check-out time.
