The Gordon’s Grandview Lakehouse is on Watts Bar Lake located between Blue Springs and Bayside marinas. This Lakehouse features a private dock, large back deck, with an amazing view and plenty parking. The recently renovated home has 3 full baths, two living rooms, a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs. 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 twin beds and a 1 queen sleeper sofa. Grill out or take a short ride to surrounding marinas. The paddle boards, canoe, pedal boat, and kayaks are yours to enjoy.

This house probably has the prettiest view of the lake, but this house is very cluttered and dirty. VERY dirty! The owner did refund us very generously, but not generously enough. I had told her I would be okay for paying for one night of our three-night rental, but we still paid the equivalent of two nights. On top of all the uncleanliness and clutter, there was a mouse running around downstairs. It also climbed up on top of the sink and left its little droppings everywhere. We were excited about the paddleboards and pedal boat. The paddleboards were COVERED in Goose poop (the host did come and clean them off for the first day), and the pedal boat had an ant nest in it that was too large to clean out. We didn’t get to use it. The hosts do try to be good hosts. They furnish some snacks in a bowl on the counter. They furnish some laundry starter. They are nice and kind people, but this house needs straightened up and cleaned out. It is as if the house is actually lived in by someone and they just leave when someone rents it. There is stuff everywhere! The highlight of our stay was actually the people of Blue Springs Marina. They are so very nice! I am attaching photos.

Lake week 2025!

We had so much fun on the lake this year. This is an Amazing property. The house is spacious and very well stocked- kitchen/bathrooms/towels- you will lack nothing you need. There was plenty of sleeping area for our group and the house itself is very large so you never feel crammed in there- this is important after a week of close proximity family!!!! We had a group of family ranging from 12 to 80 and it was perfect. There is a large back deck for those who wanted to stay behind and just sit and talk when we were on the water. There is even a covered patio with fans at basement level for those days when you want to be eat outside but are all done with the sun. The dock and lot are great. We bring a boat so having a safe place to tie up is always a big deal to me. We take a lake trip every year and always go somewhere different on the Tennessee river- this house has become our family favorite- can't wait to come back next year!! Oh yeah, forgot to mention- the owners are great! Melissa has the place in tip top shape and is always a call or text away if you need anything (which you probably won't b/c she has already gotten it perfect) Thank you for allowing us to come stay at your property on the lake in Ten Mile!!

Beautiful Family Reunion Getaway

This is our second year staying at this beautiful property and it always feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. We had a small family reunion of 7, and enjoyed a week together. The dock is in great condition and there's a little concrete platform for the kids to jump off or to hop into the kayaks on site. The 2 fridges and large freezer were amazing so that we could go to the store once and not have to leave all week to shop. We've already booked for a 3rd year and can't wait to go back.

Great long weekend at the lake!

My family and I had a blast at this house. The property is absolutely beautiful. You'd be hard pressed to find anything better in the area. This house would easily accommodate two small families since it has two full kitchens. There's also a ton of fridge and freezer space because of that. The dock has an extra slip for your boat and swimming from the other side was a breeze with the steps to and from the water. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Top of the list!

We have stayed in many many rental homes over the years and this one really spoke to us. Off main water but still has the views! House is well maintained and decorated and stocked. Plenty of patio and yard space to play games and hang out. Plenty of toys. Cant ask for more. Host went above and beyond. What a pleasure this place was. Hope to be back real soon!

Can't Wait to Come Back!

We had an incredible week at this home. It is a really nice home situated on a great lot on a quiet cove on beautiful Watts Bar Lake. We brought a boat but also had a lot of fun with the paddleboards, kayaks, and even a paddleboat! The home is newly renovated and extremely well stocked with everything we could need. It really lacked nothing- it was clear that a lot of thought had been put into the home. We have stayed at a lot of places but this has been our favorite. The Owners were great- we had everything we could ever need and more. Communication was great, checking in/out was easy, parking was easy, I cannot say enough good things- Thank you for a great week!!

Gordon's Grandview is JUST THAT!!

What a great house with plenty of space for 10 people. Located in a small community of houses but with plenty of privacy. Be sure to bring groceries needed for the first night or the trip as the grocery store is a 15-20min drive. A Dollar General is close by. It has two levels with 2 bedrooms each and a walkout to the backyard. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. We enjoyed our morning coffee inside or on the back deck with plenty of breathtaking views! Melissa & Tammy (hosts) made it easy to communicate and welcomed us with a box of locally-made cinnamon buns. That are to die for!! The backyard is huge with FLAT land for an easy walk to the water's edge. Plenty of outdoor seating to include loungers. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well for cooking. If you bring a boat there is plenty of space to park and the marina is a few minutes drive and by water is just around the corner. We loved our stay and will book again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
