“Retiro” para relajarse y descansar
El lugar es un verdadero vergel en Tepoztlán. Dado que en el pueblo hay poco qué ver, planear la estancia como un “retiro” para relajarse y descansar es como luce más la experiencia. El SPA, la alberca, los jardines las vistas espectaculares del Tepozteco, la cocina, los muchos lugares para sentarse a leer, orar y meditar, el que el hotel sea sólo para adultos, petfree y libre de humo son sólo algunos de los muchos detalles sideñados para una estancia espectacular. No hace falta salir del hotel pero si eres amante de conocer lugares diferentes para comer, hay buenas opciones a corta distancia del hotel.

Cuidado con las camas y con el Spa
El hotel es divino, la comida excelente… pero la cama, el gimnasio, y el servicio del spa son terribles. No pude dormir las 5 noches que estuvimos, a pesar de que hicieron el esfuerzo por cambiarnos de cama… resultó peor! En el gimnasio, no habìa aire acondicionado y ningún día limpiaron la basura generada por los huéspedes! Finalmente, la terapeuta que me dió masaje terminó 20 minutos antes de la hora en que debía terminar…pagué por 80 minutos bien caro y sólo recibí 60 min… La verdad me vine con muy mal sabor de boca por estas experiencias a pesar de la amabilidad de la gente y lo hermoso del lugar.
