Necesita mantenimiento y remodelación
La recepción por parte del personal fue buena, normal, lo malo empieza cuando entras y ves que hay escaleras interminables para subir o bajar por lo que para personas de la 3a edad es cero recomendable. Las habitaciones descuidadas totalmente: cama incómoda, mobiliario ya viejo y sin mantenimiento, baño de lo peor. Son habitaciones que cuentan con lo mínimo indispensable pero el agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir y es tibia, los jabones y shampoo son malos, condiciones precarias.

Nos encantó el trato del personal así como, el del administrador, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos ayudar y siempre con una sonrisa y buena actitud. El diseño del lugar es muy bonito y perfecto para relajarse y olvidarse de todo. Gracias equipo de Marina Palace!
