The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, and the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. On the same floor, there is a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor houses the main sleeping area, consisting of a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, served by a second bathroom with a shower. This level leads to a beautiful terrace, a prime spot to enjoy the view and the tranquility of the residence. The heart of the property’s outdoor space is the lush private garden, while the common area offers two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children
