I stayed here and forgot my blanket that my mom made for me, this blanket is sentimental to me. I called later that night once I got back home in Illinois and the lady I talked to looked but couldn’t find it she took down my name and number to give to the manager stating the blanket could be in his office which she couldn’t get into. The next morning at 8:30 am the manager called stating the blanket was there! I was so happy and appreciative for the call and for them having it! Thank you so much!! A great way to start off my year!

Staff were friendly, easy check in process, breakfast was ok but coffee is terrible. Area around hotel is unkept, unsafe and dirty. Hotel smells fresh and owners are making improvements at this time so that is a plus. Room was comfortable and quiet but add a hair dryer please.

The hotel was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It was a great stay. Check in was quick and the hotel is easy to navigate around.

I had issue with the staff never answering the phone or text. I think I lost a OneKey card there, called 5 times, and texted once, and have never received a response. I had also called the main office and did not get any help, but they did give me the phone number to the hotel. A lot of trouble for nothing on my part.

We got to the hotel got the wrong room got in the elevator, and it was all tore up. The room was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible and the guy at the front desk had no personality.

Someone stole 3/4 of my tank of gas in the parking lot in the night time I had a black 2017 Ford escape with a handicap parking I was parked at the side door near the elevators check your cameras I'm calling the police

The property was fairly clean. The area around the hotel was not. Lots of trash, discarded clothing, young boys walking around with saggy pants. The hotel itself was clean, in the process of updating. Our room was very clean but our curtains were shredded and the view outside was creepy. The AC was not great and took a long time to cool the room. The staff was very nice and helpful.
