Place was tidy and a nice place to stay for the weekend. Had a little trouble getting the lock to open with the passcode, but it worked after a few tries. The people upstairs were a bit noisy throughout the night, but that’s not really the property host’s fault.

This property is unfit to stay in. There were bugs, rodent droppings, soiled bedding and mattresses, and signs of bed bugs. There was also nails sticking out of a section of flooring that would cause cuts and injuries.

5 minutes in the tenants upstairs started shouting and banging on the floor. Then they came to the shared front porch to smoke appalling little cigars. Backyard was littered with Busch Lite cans. There was no secure parking, and it is very questionable that a car with out of states plates could survive 3 nights on the street in that neighborhood.We left within the hour and didnt come back.

Towels smelled like smoke. Not sure if someone has smoked in there before. The people in the apartment next door hangs outside until 2 am right by the bedroom window. I understand that's not the landlords fault but we didn't know it was a townhouse that had to different apartment. We thought it was just a house. The landlord is very nice and work with our schedule change. We appreciate that.

Very noisy duplex

The entrance code never arrived and I had to call and ask for it. Thankfully she answered and I was able to get in. The floors near the baseboards were pretty unkept. There was a coffee pot and filters but not any coffee. This is one side of a duplex and the other side was extremely loud.

Just a one night stay

We were in town for my son's bowling tournament. This apartment is very nice and was perfect for the four of us. We were actually suppose to have apartment 915 but do to some circumstances the other tenants needed to stay longer. The host was kind enough to upgrade us, no extra charge for the two bedroom, two bath unit. I would definitely recommend this place a, it is perfect for couples, kids roommatesor roommates.

Special Olympics Summer Games

We loved sitting outside on the large front porch. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This property was very close to Rose-Hulman and ISU. This is by no means a large property but inside you had everything you needed and the large covered front porch was an excellent addition to the property. We would stay again.

Mold smell and addict at the door

We couldn't stay there as the smell of mold would have had me in the hospital before morning. Place was clean but mold smell overpowering. We went to leave and there was an addict at the door trying to get in. Neighborhood very sketchy and a bit frightening. Never had this in a Vrbo home before, oh, and it was an apartment not a house. Asked for refund and told they could only refund 1/2, haven't seen that. Not Vrbo quality I have come to expect.

We stayed for graduation weekend; nice distance to campus; we walked to the ISU Hulman Center; could have been a little cleaner; no hand towels for the bathroom and only one in the kitchen; cute house; plenty of room for 4 maybe even 5 with one on the couch; property manager very helpful and quick at responding.

Great for ISU visit

I rented for an ISU visit and the location was perfect for me and my 2, almost adult, sons. It’s a 13 minute walk to the Hulman Center and a1 hour drive from Indianapolis airport. Plenty of places to eat within a short drive (family owned and chains) and parking in front of the rental was always available. Beds were comfortable and it has a good, but small, living and kitchen space. Kitchen table has 2 chairs. Living space has the one couch and chair pictured with the only TV in the rental. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, collage apartment style rental.
