The Space:

Set across two generous levels on a sloped, leafy residential block, Canopy House pairs natural timber floors with bright, comfortable living spaces and large doors opening to the balcony. The upper balcony places you among the palms and native bush, while the pergola-covered back courtyard offers a sheltered setting for outdoor meals and BBQs.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: king bed with ensuite

- Bedroom 2: queen bed

- Bedroom 3: bunk bed

- Bedroom 4: bunk bed

- One additional full bathroom



For easy family holidays and longer stays, the home includes:

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics and dining table

- Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV

- Washer and dryer

- Travel crib and standalone high chair

- Outdoor dining area, BBQ grill and barbecue utensils

- Extra pillows and blankets, linens, hangers and clothing storage



Pets are welcome to join you; the home is surrounded by palms and natural bushland rather than a conventional garden setting.



Guest Access:

Guests can use self check-in with the smart lock for a straightforward arrival. Please note that, as the home is elevated, there are steps up to the front door.



Free parking for multiple cars is available on the premises.

Terrigal also has easy access to nearby beaches like Avoca and Wamberal, as well as water activities at Terrigal Lagoon.

Before arrival, Coast Hosting requires a digital copy of your ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form. A refundable $500 security bond is held for the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure form; they are encrypted and processed through Stripe. Coast Hosting complies with strict privacy laws, and card details are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary for payment or authorisation.
