On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room of 45 m2 provides a welcoming and refined atmosphere, with direct access to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace is also located on this level, alongside 1 bedroom featuring a french bed, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, air conditioning, and its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a small living room with air conditioning, as well as 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of these bedrooms benefits from a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. Deck chairs and a box-room are also available on this level. The villa offers a very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside throughout.
