Haus an der Panorama Küstenstrasse.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Feriensiedlung -Mai-. Gut ausgestattet, neu renoviertes Badezimmer. 100 m zum Naturstrand. Zum nächsten Supermarkt und sehr guten Restaurant ca. 5km. Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Eingezäuntes Grundstück ideal für den Hund. Ingesamt eine sehr erholsame Woche.

Wunderbarer ruhiger Ort

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, ein hübsches Haus mit einem eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Sir haben hier tolle Sonnenuntergänge genossen.

Merveilleux séjour dans une région superbe et à proximité d'une belle plage.

Mario est une personne charmante et très disponible. Sa maison est agréable et suffisamment grande lorsqu'il fait beau avec un jardin et une terrasse. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter le sud-ouest de la Sardaigne

Mario est un autre très serviable et disponible malgré la barrière de la langue. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle avec une terrasse ombragée. De plus on est à 100m de la mer et à 300m d'une belle crique peu fréquentée. Ce qui change des plages connues de la région.

Una meraviglia!

La villetta di Mario è molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi particolari; la posizione è magnifica, a 5 minuti a piedi da una delle calette più belle e isolate della zona. Il giardino ombreggiato e con un prato ben tenuto è stato apprezzatissimo dalla nostra cagnolina. È anche la casa più pulita in cui abbiamo soggiornato negli ultimi anni! Mario è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli molto utili, ad esempio su escursioni, ristoranti e negozi dove fare la spesa. La consigliamo caldamente!!

Schöne Herbstferien trotz Corona

Schönes Häuschen mit Garten und Grosser Terasse in Meeresnähe. Im Herbst war es ausserordentlich ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, und zuverlässig. Eine Geschirrspühlmaschine, sowie W-Lan war nicht vorhanden, jedoch funktionierte das Handynetz. Alles in allem sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

Bel emplacement pour découvrir la côte sud de la Sardaigne

Mario vous accueille avec le sourire dans une maison à la hauteur de ses promesses. Propreté irréprochable, la grande terrasse ombragée mais toute fois parfaitement exposé plein sud est un endroit idéal pour les vacances. Le jardin est également très agréable est plus conviviale que ce que les photos nous laissés deviner. Mario nous a laissé profiter de jouets de plage, bouée pour bébés ainsi qu'un parasol. Les équipements de la maison sont très corrects, manque peut-être un micro-onde ou une bouilloire pour chauffer rapidement un biberon. La première plage est a 100m environ, c'est une plage de cailloux ce qui peut finalement s'avérer être un avantage car complètement déserte la plupart du temps! Un sentier vous emmènera vers une "cala" de sable et en qqles minutes. L'environnement durant notre séjour à été très calme et reposant ( les maisons voisines n'était pas occupées ) Ce logement est parfaitement situé entre les magnifiques plages de Chia et Tuerredda.

Tutto magnifico

Il soggiorno ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il posto è meraviglioso. La casa accogliente, pulita e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze all'insegna del relax. Unico punto debole, la zona non è dotata di molti servizi. Pochi supermercati e localini. Ma è un piccolo paradiso per quanto riguarda le spiagge vicine e la natura circostante.

Sehr schön gelegen. Eine sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage. Das Haus Blumen war mit kleinen Abstrichen rundum zufriedenstellend. Sehr schöne Terrasse, gepflegter Außenbereich sogar mit kleiner Auswahl an frischen Kräutern. Großzügig ausgestatteter Haushalt, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Gefehlt hat vielleicht die in der Beschreibung angegebene Spülmaschine und unter einer Kaffeemaschine versteht man eigentlich auch etwas anderes. Also bitte die Filtertüten zuhause lassen. Der Strand der Wohnanlage war leider sehr steinig, hatte also keinerlei Liegefläche, sodass man sich in eine der nahe gelegenen Buchten begeben musste. Die Strände der Buchten in der Nähe sind allerdings fantastisch und zum Teil sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus von Mario, der übrigens ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mann ist, jederzeit weiterempfehlen und es auch ein zweites Mal buchen.

La casa è in una posizione strategica, vicinissima alle splendide spiagge di Tuerredda e Su Giudeu e a pochi passi a piedi dalla spiaggia di Perda Longa che purtroppo quest'anno aveva molte alghe a riva, ma è comunque una comodità se non si vuole prendere l'auto. Casa molto carina e attrezzata perfettamente all'interno (abbiamo soggiornato in quattro, due adulti e due bambini) e stupenda all'esterno con una bellissima veranda con giardino e barbecue dove pranzare e cenare. Assolutamente consigliatissima per posizione e bellezza. Il proprietario Mario è una persona deliziosa e super disponibile! Ci tornerei tutte le estati!
