Spain for 6 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area, close to
restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 500 m from Playa Ampolla
beach.

The luxury villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The
accommodation offers privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with trees, a wonderful
pool and beautiful views of the valley. Its comfort and the vicinity of the

For the amount we spent for one week we expected a lot more quality for our money. The space and pool were amazing but that is about it. After a long day getting to the villa and having to wait till 16:00 to collect the keys we just wanted to refresh ourselves before heading out for dinner but due to no provided basics such as hand soap and limited toilet roll we had to drive to find a supermarket instead.We were not provided with a welcome pack with information of the local area, restaurants, where to put bins, WiFi code, tea, coffee etc something that normally is provided in every accommodation we have stayed at. The Villa, although large in area, felt very dated and in need of refurbishment. When we arrived there was a note saying we could not open a bathroom window as it was broken and will be fixed at some point. There were loose floor tiles, missing pool tiles, internal lights flickering and blown fuses. Water pressure was lost one morning because a pool technician had, unknown to us, visited and left the hose tap running. One of the shower heads had electrical tape holding it together. We did report these issues to the agent and they offered to come and fix the tiles and shower, if they can, but we decided against this so our break was not disturbed any further. Overall we are disappointed as we decided to spend a bit more on this break as I had just recovered from heart surgery but these issues did, unfortunately, take the shine off the trip.
