Beautiful villa for 8 people, with garden and private pool near Moraira.
The villa is located in one of the nearby areas of the village of Moraira, Moravit.
It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds and one with two single beds. Two complete bathrooms, one of them with shower and the other with bathtub. It also has 2 fully equipped kitchens.
The house is divided into two levels with separate entrances.
The upper part of the house consists of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with TV/Sat, two terraces and dining room.
The lower part of the house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room with TV/Sat.
The large outdoor area of approx. 800m2 has a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres, several terraces with the possibility to relax and one of them with barbecue.
Supermarkets, restaurants and coves are just a few steps away from the villa. The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Kala! The location is simply unbeatable, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully equipped with everything you need: comfortable amenities, a fantastic pool, and an incredible BBQ area that was perfect for our evenings. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. But what truly made our stay special was Ágata, her attention, kindness, and care went above and beyond. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

La casa está bien equipada aunque necesita mejoras sobretodo en la zona de la piscina y alrededor de la barbacoa. Zona tranquila. Dispone de aparcamiento para dos coches.
