Music must be down low by 10 pm to avoid fines here
Only the use of Bluetooth devices and our internal Sonos may be used.
No amplified music or DJ will be permissible to the property and will he asked to leave.
Our neighbours are to respected.

We do accommodate low key weddings and events by prior arrangement * fees apply and must be quoted prior.
Without notifying us will result in full loss of the Bond without question.
In agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand no event or amplified music is allowed onsite without prior advice and supervision.

If you are having guests come I from outside the property that are not residents, their onward transport by a local carrier or bus company must be arranged to pick them up and take them to a drop off point at 10 pm to avoid intoxicated drivers.
