Hotel has just finished a complete remodel. Everything was new. Staff was very professional and attentive. Even though this is a pet friendly hotel, saw more than 10 dogs during our stay, no odors or misbehaving animals. Grounds were well maintained.
I paid aprox $15 extra for the “Queen/Queen” room with two queens and a little bigger with a sofa bed. When we went to our room it was the standard cheapest room. I told front desk and she told me to call hotels.com for the refund of the extra money I paid. On hotels.com I spent 45 minutes texting with an agent. She wanted a screenshot of my receipt. When I went to get the screenshot it ended our chat. After all that….Long story short — no surprise - I got screwed out of the extra money I paid for the bigger room.
The hotel is under renovation so there was quite a lot of dust in the foyer .. but we get it.
The hallways are completed but the furniture in the rooms looks a bit tired and grubby.
The sheets didn’t fit the bed.
