terrible experience, heaters don't work

when we arived the room was ice cold, we turned on the heater to find out it was not working. we notified the front desk and she came to the room and had zero knowledge how to even turn the heater on, i had to help her, she then calls a reapair man, who changed a filter and spraid a chemical in the heater that we had to smell all night, and he said "they never fix anything here this is just what it is", i was never offered any acomidations for the trouble, a refund or even a change in room. zero follow up from repair guy to see if the heater ever worked and zero follow up from the front desk. terrible experience for myself and my three children. will never come back again.

Great 1-night stop!

We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. The restaurant was all decorated for a Mardi Gras party/dinmer. The room was clean. No carpet & bed comforter was thin. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfast buffets we’ve had. And service was superb.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice breakfast and the service was great. I went swimming twice and the water was wonderful. I also used the exercise room. They have top notch equipment. Our room was large with lots of space for luggage. It had coffee machine as well as microwave and refrigerator. All worked well.

Disappointing this time

Normally our stays at this particular hotel are top quality which is why I was so surprised this time. Lobby and check in was great, the room was very nice, smaller than normal but still clean, comfortable and nice. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as they usually are but still decent. The problem was there was an “event “ going on downstairs and the music was loud and reverberating until well after midnight and the room above us evidently had some partygoers who continued the celebration upstairs and being sandwiched between the two we were not able to get much sleep. If I had not had several very good experiences at this particular facility I would suggest avoiding it, but next time before I book I’m going to have to remember to check to see if there are any parties expected
