Birthday Fishing getaway

Nice place to fish and hang out with family. Property was clean and cleared for access to entire pond. The race track nearby was an unexpected treat.

This was our second time staying at this house and I can honestly say we will be staying here again. We do a yearly fishing trip and this house provides perfect accommodations with plenty of parking for boats as well as a safe/secure location feel. The host is great! His communication is top notch and he really wants to make sure the place is accommodated for your stay.

Great getaway

overall great property! It is VERY close to the interstate but the noise did not bother us. The home was clean, well equipped, the property was beautiful. We had no luck fishing, but enjoyed relaxing by the water. It is pretty isolated, so be sure you pack all your needs. Communication with the host was very prompt.

They have bed bugs n the first bedroom n Dustin tried to lie n say things weren’t true about I had 16guess stay over they tried to make Virgo pay another 680 Dustin said they have cameras in them in the house so they can tell how many people were there which is hopefully is a lie that means they were invading your privacy. We cleaned up the house. They said it was left in a mess. That’s a lie. The house is listed as in the Texarkana is not. It’s in Mandeville Arkansas so no they need to fix some stuff strain some stuff out and stop lying, dusty on people to get more money, not happening and I don’t ever wanna stay there again

Parking easy. Fishing was fun except the catch and release part that wasn’t stated in the description. No mention of cameras on the exterior of property for security purposes until after the fact. Host communication was excellent no matter what time it was
