Property was not clean with sticky residue on the floors and inside of freezer was dirty. Also, we saw multiple roaches in the house. The freezer/refrigerator also did not work. Lost multiple cold grocery items of about 50. Messaged the host about it and did not reply back until after we checked out. Neighborhood was very sketchy but no one bothered us.

Wasn’t very Tidy.

The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold
.some of our food was ruined. The tub and shower had hair in them. Not what we expected compared to some of the other places we’ve stayed.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay ! No complaints the neighborhood is a little questionable but we had no issues with anyone everyone keeps to their self. Also just want to note the property doesn’t have a lot of pits and pans and cooking utensils so do keep that in mind otherwise I loved it here !!

The house was really nice and well kept the neighborhood was a little off but wasn’t to bad the dryer in the Home destroyed multiple items of our clothing and all the dishes looked like they had been washed but we’re still very dirty and there were no sponges but over it was a nice place and we really enjoyed our stay

Although the ac ran continually and was very loud, the house was never cool. The ones who slept in the KS bed were very uncomfortable. There is no coffee pot. Kitchen is not well stocked with dishes, etc. We couldn’t lock the front door from outside,

Nice house but not the neighborhood

Upon arriving at the house neighbors were blasting their music all nignt long. House was good but not plug ins in the bathroom. Second night neighbors were blasting their music all night and smoking pot outside to the point it was starting to smell in the house. Did not feel safe.

Weekend Family Stay

My family and I visited Texas City for a family function. The location of this home was so convenient and centralized in Texas City. A very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious & the beds were comfortable.

Not as expected

Upon pulling up the next door neighbors had a radio blaring outside their house..right next to the room I was sleeping in .all night..cars up and down the road thumping music..people riding lawnmowers with flashlights..needless to say I didn't feel safe. The house smelled weird..like mold and cat urine..the bathroom window did not lock. On a positive the bed was comfy.

Quiet, convenient and clean

We enjoyed the property. We were able to use it as our home base as we looked at a couple of venues for upcoming events. The neighborhood was quiet and overall had a nice vibe. Easy access to grocery and other shopping. Spacious kitchen, new appliances, and open entryway. no twin or bunk beds which was fine for us. Two full baths was good to have to get out the door faster. Would totally rent again.
