An unforgettable retreat to the mountains is what you and your guests will experience at this family-friendly, two-story condo! The prime location is perfect if you were planning on walking everywhere! Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the Monterra Golf Course, and so much more. When you book this retreat, you and your friends will have access to a seasonal community heated outdoor pool.

This well-appointed mountain abode has been tastefully decorated and offers a spacious open floor plan on the first level. Discover a comfortable sectional sofa right in front of a gas fireplace and a smart TV in the living room, the perfect spot to snuggle up by the fire, unwind, and relax. You can stream your favorite series and movies, which is just ideal for family movie nights. No movie night is complete without snacks, and the well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you surprise your guests with mouth-watering preparations. The open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher to make cleaning everything up a breeze. The Keurig coffee maker is a nice touch for coffee enthusiasts. Choose to dine indoors at the six-person dining table, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area in the patio and enjoy your meals alfresco.

Besides hosting the main living space, the first floor of this retreat also features a small, yet private family room with another smart TV and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. All three bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, are located upstairs.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We are not collingwood regulars. Went to visit friends at Osler for the weekend. House is in a great location. Very clean and well furnished. Kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommend this stay.

Great location/space but some missing pieces

Overall was a beautiful space very comfortable and close to the village. Some things I found a little frustrating was very delayed communication with no straight answers from the host was all automated or other names answering questions. Pros were location, clean, nice neighbourhood, most amenities but some missing. Cons step is still broken in front, fire place does not work, very poor communication, no hangers, no hair dryer, no basic kitchen items such as cooking oil, water jug, salt and pepper looked like were left behind by other guests. For the price of the unit and stays in other places I expected more than next to nothing. The shuttle link did not work so did not get to use it. Overall as I said was a nice space but needs some upgrades for the prices they charge especially for the cleaning which was almost double the per night fee.

Beautiful Townhome

Nothing really bad to say but will point out a few notes. Additionally the communication with the host was excellent. There were ant issues in the kitchen. No hair dryer but not the end of the world. Back screen door came off its wheels. The house as noted is beautiful, just echo's a lot so you can hear noises through out. Perfect spot with the pool behind us and less than 5 minute ride to Blue Mountain.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Collingwood. Very spacious and clean. Terrific service as well when we had an issue getting the fireplace to work, but they were there within 20 minutes to help us out. Also they were amazing with returning an item we forgot after we checked out! Would definitely stay again.

The space was beautiful! Perfect for familes and large groups. The only thing was that the cleaners forgot to take away the garbage from the previous group. We had notified the property upon check in. They said they would get someone onsite to remove it as soon as possible but then no one ended showing up. We only stayed for the weekend, so it wasnt a big deal but I had already checked out when they told me someone was available to pick up the garbage - was too late by then. Other than that, the stay was great.

Weekend getaway

Overall this is a beautiful property and great location. Also, everything was true to the pictures posted. Only a few minor things that could be improved on
communication was very slow to respond to our questions, we never received the info for the shuttle and the only 2 dishwasher pods were provided. We did bring a few with us from experience or we wouldn’t have been able to run the dishwasher on the last day as requested. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely visit again! Thx
