Conveniently sitting in a cul-de-sac, this vacation rental is also excellently located across Blue Mountain and ski lifts. Being half a mile from Blue Mountain Village has its advantages. You can find a plethora of shopping and dining options, as well as ski and bikes rentals. Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and more!
THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Check in was fine. 10 digit number was long and the fact you had to enter it quickly was odd. Had to do it a few times once. Was clean. Had an issue with the freezer, emaiked and got a quick response. As we were able to use it, we just wanted to inform.
Good overall property and the pool and hot tub were great, space by patio was not where I would hang out felt old n dirty, bbq tank was empty so got one myself and they reimbursed me good for it. inside some stains on floor and dirty dishes and not good lighting in the house overall, most uncomfortable bed and pillows Iâve ever slept in but I guess you get what ya pay for. The family had fun over all mainly cause of pool and hot tub. I give it a 3
The carpet is stained and dirty, the walls need a coat of paint, the pullout coach is broken and unusable, the BBQ did not work which ruined an expensive meal, and the kitchen is cheaply stocked.
Enjoyed our girls getaway at this Rivergrass condo unit. There were 3 of us. It felt spacious and it was clean. Would highly recommend and return here again.
This is the third year staying at Rivergrass. This year we booked the same unit as last year as it is a ground level. For some reason it seemed like it was in rough shape compared to last year. When we arrived we noticed a hole in the wall by the door and the paint in the living room was starting to peel. The pillows in the one bedroom had no pillow cases and were gross with sweat stains. We stayed two nights and towels were skimpy for a family of 4. Thankfully there was a wash machine in the unit so I could rewash, but seriously its holidays....I know it sounds nit picky but for the cost for the two nights I would think they would have enough money to spruce up the place and supply more towels and linens for pillows. Also our door would not lock so we drove to the main office to be told it was on a timer and that the door stays unlocked for 15 minutes after we leave....WHAT? That never happened previous years....so we drove back feeling uneasy, it was over 15 minutes when we returned the door was still unlocked....finally my son figured it out and turned the key lock.....so not sure why we were told what we were. Also the one bathroom the toilet seemed plugged when we got there, it actually overflowed as it was not flushing proper, must have been previous guest or cleaning crew as we just got there, thankfully there was a plunger so we plunged away until it freed up. Not really relaxing as we hoped, not sure we will return to this spot and may adventure to more updated properties. The only nice thing was the pool, if it wasn't crowded it was a nice setting.
