This hotel is very conveniently situated in the centre of town and is competitively priced. It is comfortable except for a smell from the drainage in the room. The shower and bed are excellent. The breakfast is good but only continental.

The female Filipino front desk personnels were Uber friendly and helpful. Apology for not remembering their names. The only complaint would be - we wish there were hot food (bacon, egg, etc). Thank you Holiday Inn Den Haag.

Not only is their staff not customer friendly, but they also place a deceiving advertisement on Expedia. They will tell you that you can pay for your room at the location, but what they are forgetting to tell you is that they DEMAND it upfront. Making you FORCE to pay even when you did not even see anything. This is deceiving as when you pay through Expedia you have some discount. I will absolutely NOT recommend to go there. Much better hotels around there anyway...
