Several things stood out for us. 
 the home was very clean and well supplied
 the location was great to access several recreation centers and very near Sumter Landing
. the sliding glass enclosed porch was cozy, well decorated and great place to spend time
 the host, Caroline was very informative and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She provided us with a written overview of the house operation, house rules, and suggestions on things to do.

Perfect Location for The Villages

Absolutely outstanding experience! The location is perfect - a short golf cart drive to Sumter Landing, and an even shorter drive to the local club house/golf course. We used the golf cart to go everywhere. The house is perfect - comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, quality bedsheets, plenty of towels. Living areas were super-comfortable, great big TVs. The kitchen is well equipped. We stayed for a month and wanted for nothing. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Vacation Rental

It was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping and swimming pools. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We had a problem with golf cart but rental management addressed promptly and offered to supply a rental for us. This was a great place with a very reasonable price.

Caroline is a wonderful host! I wish I could give 10 stars! She has a beautiful and well equipped home with many amenities. She also is a wealth of information. It was hard to leave this beautiful home but we are on our own adventure with our new home in The Villages.

The home ower was wonderful dealing with. Had the house stocked with everything you could imagine and place was spotless. The pool is right around the corner from the house. We all enjoyed are stay at the house and home owner was there for anything we needed.

Wonderful Paradise

This home is beautiful and well maintained, inside and out. We had everything we needed and more. The enclosed back lanai was fabulous, we spent most of our time back there. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions. Just a note* the masterbed is very high and soft. I was not able to use the bed because I had recently had a hip replacement and I'm short* The guest bedroom had the perfect bed. So, no complaints! Can't wait to rent again!

This is the most well stocked house we have rented. Everything you need. Loved sitting on the lanai. My husband worked remotely a couple of days. The desk and office chair worked well for him.

Very convenient location and comfortable home

Home is very comfortable, location is great, was very clean, owner is a realtor and very quick to respond, primary bed is fantastic, home is appointed well with good quality furniture. Golf cart was awesome and a must, all the neighbors are fantastic and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and will stay here again. I do not have any affiliation with the owners. There is a small fenced in area in the rear yard for dogs to use which is great at night and 1st thing in the morning. There is a ring camera on the front door. *Only big thing we'd add are screens on the garage door

The property was perfectly situated between two amazing town centers. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We brought our two small dogs and you’d never know it was a pet-friendly home- no sign or smell of pets at all. Adorable little back area for them to get a little grass time. Patio was a plus. Bed super comfy. Can’t say enough great things - we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and the golf cart provided was a huge plus !
