A block away, indulge in invigorating dips at the community pool, or kick back and enjoy the home's enclosed yard, extended lanai, grill, pizza oven, and firepit.

Inside, memorable moments of family time are curated in the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cuddle up on the oversized sofa while streaming your favorite TV shows and movies, or show off your culinary skills in the full kitchen. Cooking is made a breeze among the ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances! Dining is just as easy at the breakfast bar, nook, formal dining table, or alfresco on the furnished lanai.

Indulge in yourself as you enter the walk-in shower off the primary bedroom. Or, sink onto the plush bedding in each bedroom for a restful nap. With tasteful decorations, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms, there will be no arguments over room selection. The additional seating room is perfect for the kid's weekend morning cartoons and movie nights. And the adults will enjoy the separate bar where fruity cocktails can be made up and enjoyed. A private washer/dryer and designated work desk round out the home's interior perks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
