The historic centres of Norwich, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds are a delight with museums, galleries theatres and shopping centres. The lovely apartment is located in mid Norfolk which gives easy access to each of the above towns and cities as well as the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastline with the it's unique towns and villages.
For nature lovers, walkers, golfers historians and families there is a vast array of attractions in the area. A few are listed: Pensthorpe - as seen on the BBC Springwatch programme. Thetford Forest with walks from the High Lodge Forest Centre or Go Ape with the high wire forest adventure. The forest is a popular attraction for both adults and children. Cycling (bike hire available) with numerous marked tracks.
Sandringham House shops and garden. Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire. Racecourse at Newmarket, Fakenham and Great Yarmouth. Bressingham - 4 railways, fabulous gardens and National Dads Army collection. Banham Zoo with a car boot sale on Sunday mornings. Wroxham Barns - home to many craft studios. Numerous inland and coastal golf courses. Several nature reserves including Minsmere see Norfolk and Suffolk Wildlife Trust websites.
Snetterton race track with its large Sunday market is 10 miles away.
Should anyone wish to play golf then discounted green fees and twilight rates are available whilst staying at Fairwy View.
Guests enjoy sitting on the patio (perhaps with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea) watching the antics of the golfers on the 18th fairway or the wildlife particularly in the early morning or evening.

We had a lovely 3 week stay at Geoff’s apartment which was clean, comfortable, and very well outfitted. Throughout our stay we found no item missing that we might have wanted. Additionally, Geoff was a very gracious host who answered any and all questions that we had in a timely manner.If I had one criticism, it is that the nearby town of Watton was not very interesting. However, we chose the location as it was very central to the places we wanted to explore in both Norfolk and Suffolk. Overall, a very nice stay!!

Well appointed accommodation, stayed for one week. Ideally situated to walk into Watton and to travel around East Anglia. SKY tv, if you don't want to go out or just watch the golfers on the 18th fairway.

A lovely apartment overlooking a golf course, everything you need for a great stay. If I’m being picky the lounge seating is getting a bit past it, but that wouldn’t put us off returning. Beds very comfortable . Bonus of Sky tv with sport & movie channels.

Had a wonderful break away in Geoff's gorgeous apartment. Location was perfect. Apartment was very well maintained and Geoff was very helpful and always on hand to deal with any queries. Excellent Property

This property was excellent all modern interior/facilities and very clean. The owner was very helpful with advice on what to visit where to go, eating out etc. This property is very well placed too for visiting the coast, The Broad and Sandringham, there are a number of walks around the area also which are very nice and the view form the patio was very peaceful but also great if you are a golfer as you are sat watching people approach the 18th Hole. I will recommend this property to friends and family and would book again
